Baking has been a part of my life since high school, and over the years, I earned cake decorating certifications just for fun. During the thick of the pandemic, I had just graduated from college and started to take my passions in the culinary world seriously -- experimenting with flavors from all over the world to introduce my family to new foods. I began to develop fusion recipes and then the baking bonanza began -- I was hooked. Florals also became an essential part of my life, serving as a therapeutic outlet during my postpartum period after my daughter was born. I looked forward to arranging a new arrangement every week :) With a background in food and restaurant photography, aesthetics have always been at the heart of everything I do, and this naturally shaped the vision for our bakery.The name Four Corners Co. reflects the global influences that inspire our flavors: South Asia, East Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America. Our goal is to create desserts that not only taste great but also feel deeply personal and meaningful. Every bite combines the warmth of immigrant roots with the innovation of new-age American flavors, striking a balance between tradition and modernity.At Four Corners Co., we believe dessert is more than just a sweet treat—it’s an experience. Through our bakes and floral-inspired designs, we aim to make people feel special and appreciated with customized floral bouquets in the form of cake.
